The AI Robot-Driven Science Initiative (AIRDS) resolved to revise its Membership Rules and Membership Fee Regulations at the Board of Directors meeting held on June 23, 2026.
This revision clarifies the wording in the rules regarding the membership year and the period covered by annual membership fees, as already applied under the general membership program. It does not change the operation of the membership program, the membership categories, the annual fee amounts, or the membership benefits.
The main revisions are as follows.
- The membership year under the general membership program is now explicitly defined as the one-year period from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.
- Provisions regarding membership status, membership benefits, the period covered by annual fees, and fee payment have been aligned with the membership year.
- Other editorial adjustments and corrections of minor errors.
